How to make it

  • In a saucepan combine margarine, cocoa, sugar and milk.
  • Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute
  • Turn off heat and add remaining ingredients
  • Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper or baking parchment
  • Makes 36
