An easy cookie that doesn't require oven time!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions
  1. In a saucepan combine margarine, cocoa, sugar and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute
  3. Turn off heat and add remaining ingredients
  4. Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper or baking parchment
  5. Makes 36
