This is an adaptation of a famous New Orleans dish. Most visitors don't know about it but if you are from the Lower 9th ward especially you know what I'm screaming!

Ingredients
  • 8oz linguini or your favorite noodle
  • 1 beef and 1 chicken bouillion cube
  • 2 cups water
  • 1-TBS Worsterchire sauce
  • 1-TBS Soy sauce
  • 1 boiled egg sliced in half
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 8 oz deli-sliced roast beef cut into strips

Directions
  1. Boil noodles according to package. Add beef and chicken bouillion to wate and bring to a boil, then add sauces and noodles to broth.
  2. Spoon into bowl and top with roast beef, egg and green onion.
