Ingredients

1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese

16 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

6 green onions, chopped very fine

1 cup *toasted* sliced or slivered almonds

2 cups mayonnaise

Directions

In large bowl, combine all

Mix, distributing the ingredients evenly

Place in serving bowl to use as a spread OR

Form into a ball or a log and place on tray or plate

Can make ahead and refrigerate until serving time
