So good! Cheese, crisp bacon crumbles, green onions, toasted almonds, combined with creamy mayonnaise make this the BEST cheese spread.
Ingredients
- 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 16 slices bacon, fried and crumbled shopping list
- 6 green onions, chopped very fine shopping list
- 1 cup *toasted* sliced or slivered almonds shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine all
- Mix, distributing the ingredients evenly
- Place in serving bowl to use as a spread OR
- Form into a ball or a log and place on tray or plate
- Can make ahead and refrigerate until serving time
