Andes Creme de Menthe Chunk Cookies

- 1/2 cup salted butter- softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 package (10 oz) Andes creme de menthe Baking chips (if you can't find these, break up Andes Creme DeMenthe's) shopping list
- 2 2/3 cup sifted all-purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs
- until mixed. Stir in Andes Baking Chips and then flour. Chill
- approx one hour in refrigerator.
- Measure out approx 1 ounce of dough. Form a ball and slightly flatten. I like using a small to medium size ice cream scoup for mine.
- Raise oven rack one level above middle and bake on non-stick pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans for 2 minutes before removing.
