Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs
  • until mixed. Stir in Andes Baking Chips and then flour. Chill
  • approx one hour in refrigerator.
  • Measure out approx 1 ounce of dough. Form a ball and slightly flatten. I like using a small to medium size ice cream scoup for mine.
  • Raise oven rack one level above middle and bake on non-stick pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans for 2 minutes before removing.

I have made these cookies for years. They always go over big. Who knew Andes mints would make your basic chocolate chip cookie so yummy.
