How to make it

  • Break bread into small pieces with fingers and mix with crab, eggs, onion, parsley, pimento and green pepper. Mix may, milk, Old Bay, Worchestershire, salt & pepper. Then mix lightly with bread mixture. Turn into buttered 9 x 13 casserole and sprinkle with cheese and then corn flake crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Remove from refrigerator one hour before baking. Bake at 350 for one hour until puffed and golden.

    Oh my, I would kill for some good crab meat to make this recipe! It still goes down into my box of recipes cause I never know when I will come across some.....or get another trip back to Baltimore in order to buy some! You are right...it's expensive, but so worth it!
