Banana cake with almond glazing Recipe

How to make it

  • For cake:
  • Add in one bowl flour, sugar, salt, baking powder
  • mix it
  • In another bowl melting butter on small cook top
  • Take off & pour over flour paste till everything is in one consistence
  • Bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla essence mix in hand blender or any other way
  • Pour over paste and mix
  • add chocolate crisps/ or raisins
  • to pour into baking bowl
  • For glazing:
  • Do when the cake will be baked every next min b`cos glaze will become stale
  • Add a bit oil, almond slices on frying-pan
  • cook them till they become a bit brown,add more oil if needen
  • to rehash with sugar
  • cook still some min and all the time mix
  • when slices becomes browner add full cream sweetened condensed
  • let it cook a bit more till its enough tacky
  • take off and pour over banana cake
