Ingredients
  • For cake:
  • 2 cups flour, with 1 cm from filing margin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teasp baking powder (but not soda)
  • 1 teasp vanilla essence or cinnamon, any other taste or 1/2 cup of drenched raisins
  • chocolate crisps ( take as much as u like)
  • 2 soft bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • For glazing:
  • 50 g almond slices
  • 2 teasp sugar
  • 160 g full cream sweetened condensed

Directions
  1. For cake:
  2. Add in one bowl flour, sugar, salt, baking powder
  3. mix it
  4. In another bowl melting butter on small cook top
  5. Take off & pour over flour paste till everything is in one consistence
  6. Bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla essence mix in hand blender or any other way
  7. Pour over paste and mix
  8. add chocolate crisps/ or raisins
  9. to pour into baking bowl
  10. For glazing:
  11. Do when the cake will be baked every next min b`cos glaze will become stale
  12. Add a bit oil, almond slices on frying-pan
  13. cook them till they become a bit brown,add more oil if needen
  14. to rehash with sugar
  15. cook still some min and all the time mix
  16. when slices becomes browner add full cream sweetened condensed
  17. let it cook a bit more till its enough tacky
  18. take off and pour over banana cake
