Salmon With Ginger And Garlic Recipe
This Salmon moethod is so easy makes it perfect comfort food . The sauce is really good to keep for a soup or a dip for some crusty bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 Large salmon Fillet (Chopped into large cubes)
  • 2 x Pak Choi - Sliced
  • 2 x Large Carrots -Sliced thinly
  • 1 x Large Green Bell Pepper - Sliced into sticks
  • Several Mushrooms - sliced
  • 600ml Chicken Stock
  • 3 tbsn Soy Sauce
  • 3cm Fresh Ginger - Finely Chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - Finely Chopped
  • 2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirim (Sweet Chinese Wine)
  • 2 tbsn Saki (or Shinese Cooking wine)
  • Large Portion of Thin Egg Noodles

Directions
  1. MARINADE
  2. Mix the Garlic, Ginger, 2 tbsn Soy Sauce, Mirim, Fish Sauce and Saki in a container and add the Salmon.
  3. Cover and leave for for a few hours, or over night would be perfect.
  4. MAIN COURSE
  5. Add the stock to a large wok and bring to the boil. Add all the vegetables plus 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce.
  6. Simmer for 5 mins
  7. Add the Salmon and the manirnade to the vegtables
  8. Simmer genetly for 10 mins or until the Salmon os cooked
  9. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions and add to the wok and stir for 1 min
  10. Serve with Crusty Bread
