- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups dark brown sugar shopping list

- 1 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 4 beaten eggs shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 cup grated coconut shopping list
- 2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- For the base:
- Cream butter, flour and sugar
- Spread with fingers on a 15 x 10 inch baking sheet
- Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes
- Be careful that it doesn't burn!
- For the topping:
- Mix brown sugar. eggs. flour, coconut & pecans
- Pour over the baked layer base and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with sugar.
- Cut while still warm
- Store in airtight tin
- Serves 10 - 12

I love this idea especially the topping.
Pecans and coconut are so good together.
I was not going to look at a meat recipe but I am happy I looked at this one,using coconut meat
