How to make it

  • mix the flour and the pecan meal well
  • add seasonings to taste
  • place on a plate
  • dip fish or chicken in a beaten whole egg
  • then in the flour/ pecan mixture
  • pan fry or bake in oven
  • throw leftover mixture away if you don't use it all
  • if you make extra to keep on hand... store in the refrigerator

    i consider you my mentor i enjoy your recipes and this one is no exception i made the pecan crusted for my boyfriend and i used walnut crusted for me. his was on the fish and mine was on chicken.his was gluten free and so was mine i just cant have pecans. but you taught me make it work for you and i did thanks.. forever grateful megan

    This is great, you didn't tell me about this when I mentioned the Gluten Free All Purpose mix !! shame on you :) this sounds delicious,and would be perfect on chicken.
