Pecan Coating For Chicken Or Fish Reg And Gluten Free Recipe

Ingredients

1 part gluten free flour mix...or regular flour... I use Wendy Warks gluten free flour mix... recipe on my recipe page

2 parts pecan meal

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder

dried parsley....rubbed between your hands

lawry seasoning

Directions

mix the flour and the pecan meal well

add seasonings to taste

place on a plate

dip fish or chicken in a beaten whole egg

then in the flour/ pecan mixture

pan fry or bake in oven

throw leftover mixture away if you don't use it all

if you make extra to keep on hand... store in the refrigerator
