Cherry Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (be generous) shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 t vanilla shopping list
- cherry pie filling, 1 can shopping list
How to make it
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch sqare pan.
- Beat egg whites then gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until fluffy, but not stiff.
- Gently fold in softened cream cheese and vanilla.
- Put cream cheese mixture on top of crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate before serving.
