Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (be generous)

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

12 oz cream cheese, softened

2 egg whites

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 t vanilla

cherry pie filling, 1 can

Directions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch sqare pan.

Beat egg whites then gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until fluffy, but not stiff.

Gently fold in softened cream cheese and vanilla.

Put cream cheese mixture on top of crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Cool and top with cherry pie filling.

Refrigerate before serving.

Thank you this looks really good. I have a recipe similar but you use white cake mix on the bottom. I love the idea of the graham cracker crust. Im sure it's tasty. What a sweet memory to have of your mother! I love your pictures too!
