How to make it

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch sqare pan.
  • Beat egg whites then gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until fluffy, but not stiff.
  • Gently fold in softened cream cheese and vanilla.
  • Put cream cheese mixture on top of crust and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
  • Refrigerate before serving.

    Thank you this looks really good. I have a recipe similar but you use white cake mix on the bottom. I love the idea of the graham cracker crust. Im sure it's tasty. What a sweet memory to have of your mother! I love your pictures too!
