Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Cream butter and sugars until light & fluffy
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time
  • Sift flour with baking soda, salt & baking powder
  • Stir into butter mixture
  • Add vanilla, oats,cornflakes, coconut, chocolate chips & nuts
  • Stir until well blended
  • Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet
  • Flatten to 4inch diameter(use square of wax paper to keep dough from sticking to fingers or whatever you are using to flatten dough)
  • For a smaller cookie, drop by teaspoon and don'f flatten
  • Bake larger cookies at 350 degrees F for 10 - 12 minutes
  • 22 large cookies or 6 dozen small cookies
  • 1 small cookie is less than 100 calories and 4 g of fat!!
