Blue Cheese Herb Dressing

Blended blue cheese dressing, fresh herbal flavor. From Momma's recipe box.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup of evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup of salad oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp of green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp of fresh basil leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all the ingredients except for 1/2 of the the blue cheese.
- blend 20 seconds or so until smooth.
- Crumble in reserved blue cheese.
- Chill and serve on iceburg wedges, well chilled.
