This is a good side to go with any meat you might serve.

Ingredients
- 1 quart cooked cubed potatoes, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix soup and milk;
- Add cheese, onion, salt, pepper and potatoes.
- Place in greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
