I love anything with chipotle flavor, and I love ranch. This is a recipe that combines them.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 2 1/2 cups sour cream (you can use light if you prefer)
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp pureed chipotle peppers
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Directions
  1. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended,
  2. chill in the refrigerator for an hour and enjoy!
