Poor Mans Monte Cristo Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices bread

Jelly of choice

2-3 slices Lunch Meat (ham and turkey i prefer)

1-2 slices deli cheese (swiss and meunster i prefer)

butter (Pam butter flavor works too)

powder sugar (optional)

Directions

Spread a this layer of jelly on both slices of bread. Layer the cheeses and meats to desired thickness. Close sandwich and butter both outside surfaces, or use Pam spray, but make sure you coat evenly for best results.

Fry the sandwich in a saute pan on Med to Med-High heat until it's golden brown. Flip and do the same to the other side. If you're really feeling frisky, sprinkle the sandwich with powdered sugar at the end.
