- 1/2 cup choppes onion shopping list
- cooking oil to fill bottom Large skillet 1/3 inch shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter{Your Choice shopping list
How to make it
- Ina a Large skillet Add sliced 1 inch thick sweet potatoes and White potatoes {Make sure grease is heated a little bit first} Then add the onion . let cook medium heat untill potatoes start to get tender then Add the 1/2 stick butter finish cooking. .
