Double Trouble Berry Crisp

- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tbsp of orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp of grated orange peel shopping list
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries shopping list
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries shopping list
- 1 cup of old fashioned oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup of cornflakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup of packed dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp of salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, orange peel and berries until blended.
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
- Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the oats, cornflakes, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt, stir in butter.
- Sprinkle over berry mixture.
- Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until very bubbly.
- cool for 10 minutes before serving. Berries can be blistering hot.
