Imagine you're sipping this coffee through a straw stuck in an ice filled plastic bag. That's how you buy it on the street in Bangko, and it's fabulous!

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened evaporated milk
- 1 cup espresso, brewed and hot
- Ice cubes, or chunky crushed ice
Directions
- Fill a tall glass to the top with ice cubes .
- Pour in the espresso as soon as brewed.
- Top up the glass with evaporated milk.
- Stir with a spoon to blend.
- Serve with a straw.
