Popular in the Southwest. It is sold at festivals, school carnivals and flea markets and fairs. We use it as a base for taco meat, cooked chicken, cheese and lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Fun base for all kinds of toppings.

I keep trying this but its just not the same as at powwow. I've given up on the baking powder version. I'm gonna cheat and use yeast from now on. It's so soft and yummy that way.
