Ingredients
- 1- 3-4 lb. Beef Roast
- 1 Pkg. Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 Pkg. Italian salad dressing mix(dry)
- 1 Can Beef Broth
Directions
- Put your beef roast in crock pot.
- Mix Au Jus, Italian Salad dressing, and beef broth.
- Pour over Roast and cook on low 8-10 hours..
- (I actually cooked mine 12 hours, as I was gone longer than planned. The meat was so tender that I had to serve it with tongs! The taste is awesome!!)
- (I also used 2 pieces of meat to make the 4 lbs of roast)
