Ingredients

1- 3-4 lb. Beef Roast

1 Pkg. Au Jus Gravy Mix

1 Pkg. Italian salad dressing mix(dry)

1 Can Beef Broth

Directions

Put your beef roast in crock pot.

Mix Au Jus, Italian Salad dressing, and beef broth.

Pour over Roast and cook on low 8-10 hours..

(I actually cooked mine 12 hours, as I was gone longer than planned. The meat was so tender that I had to serve it with tongs! The taste is awesome!!)

(I also used 2 pieces of meat to make the 4 lbs of roast)
