  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Chill
  2. for 1 hour.
