Italian Meatballs Reg and Gluten Free

- 1 1/2 lb. 90% lean ground beef... shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 TBSP. minced dried onions shopping list
- garlic powder..... to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper .....to taste shopping list
- 1 teasp. oregano shopping list
- spice Island's pasta and pizza seasoning.....Italian Blend ( this comes in a bottle that has a grinder... I set it on fine) You can get this at Sam's Club.... approx.. 1/3 - 1/2 teasp. shopping list
- 2 TBSP.. of parsley ... i rub it between my palms to make it fine shopping list
- 4 shakes of Lawer's season salt .....or to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup your favorite spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- dry plain bread crumbs...... reg. or gluten Free shopping list
How to make it
- beat the 2 eggs in a large bowl
- add the dried minced onions.... this allows the onions to start to soften
- add spices and mix well
- add the spaghetti sauce and the cheese... mix well
- add enough bread crumbs to make a the mixture not soupy..on the dry side mix well
- then add the meat and mix well
- put the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour or more... this lets the flavors meld
- make meat balls
- place in a covered baking dish and microwave for 5 minutes ... check to see if they are almost done... take the cover off and microwave 2 more minutes ..
- place these in your favorite sauce and let simmer..
