Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 3 qt. glass serving bowl, combine the shrimp, onion, lemons and olives.
  • In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients, shake well..
  • Pour over shrimp mixture and stir to gently coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Discard the bay leaf before serving

    I like this recipe a lot and it sounds fantastic! I also like the red wine vinegar, it seems to taste so much better in a recipe.

    Wow, my friends would love this. We host card parties once a month and are always asked to serve shrimp, this is the dish I will be serving next and I totally agree with your choice of red wine vinegar over white vinegar. Great post. This one gets a 5 from me.
