Fresh Blackberry Sherbet Recipe

	fresh blackberries powdered sugar sweetened condensed milk lemon juice whipping cream

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups fresh blackberries

1/3 cup powdered sugar

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions

In bowl, mix berries with powdered sugar

Let stand for about 15 minutes

Then crush through sieve

Combine the sweetened condensed milk with berries and lemon juice

Chill until mixture begins to thicken

Fold the whipped cream into the chilled mixture

Place in a safe-for-freezer dish, place in freezer, chill until partially frozen

Remove and beat until smooth

Return to freezer until frozen

Spoon into dessert dishes when ready to serve
