  • 4 slices pkg -precooked bacon
  • 2 biscuits-- ( grands) - frozen extra large easy split bisciuts ( bag 31.8 ounces ) or frozen southern style biscuits
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 cup sharp- cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ***************************************************************************

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tablesppon cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. spray 2 ( 10 ounce) custard cups or souffle dishes with cooking spray.heat bacon in microwave on high for 15 seconds or until warm and pliable.line inner side of custard dish ( NOT BOTTOM) with 2 bacon slices over lapping as necessary.
  2. gently place frozen bisciut in each cup to fit inside bacon collar,spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of green chiles onto each bisciut.
  3. place remaining green chiles in a small bowl and set aside;sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over chiles on each bisciut,carefully crack 1 egg over cheese on each, sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons remaining cheese to cover, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. place custard cups on cookie sheet; bake 25 to 35 minutes or until biscuits are baked and egg whites are set.
  5. cool in cups for 5 minutes.
  6. carefully remove bacon wrapped bisciuts from cups, place on dish and serve with salsa or use this recipe for green chile salsa......

  9. add all the ingredients the tomato, cilantro, lime juice, green chiles, onion, season with salt and pepper to taste mix all together, and serve over bisciut............
