Breakfast Biscuit Cups With Green Chile Sauce

- 4 slices pkg -precooked bacon shopping list
- 2 biscuits-- ( grands) - frozen extra large easy split bisciuts ( bag 31.8 ounces ) or frozen southern style biscuits shopping list
- 1 can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1/2 cup sharp- cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list

- 1 small tomato, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tablesppon cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. spray 2 ( 10 ounce) custard cups or souffle dishes with cooking spray.heat bacon in microwave on high for 15 seconds or until warm and pliable.line inner side of custard dish ( NOT BOTTOM) with 2 bacon slices over lapping as necessary.
- gently place frozen bisciut in each cup to fit inside bacon collar,spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of green chiles onto each bisciut.
- place remaining green chiles in a small bowl and set aside;sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over chiles on each bisciut,carefully crack 1 egg over cheese on each, sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons remaining cheese to cover, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- place custard cups on cookie sheet; bake 25 to 35 minutes or until biscuits are baked and egg whites are set.
- cool in cups for 5 minutes.
- carefully remove bacon wrapped bisciuts from cups, place on dish and serve with salsa or use this recipe for green chile salsa......

- add all the ingredients the tomato, cilantro, lime juice, green chiles, onion, season with salt and pepper to taste mix all together, and serve over bisciut............
