Hot Mustard Recipe
Serving depends on size of jars I have had this one about 10 years now and it is a good hot mustard.

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Colemans dry mustard
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. Mix together dry mustard and vinegar.
  2. Let sit overnight.
  3. The next day, add sugar and eggs and mix well.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes in top of a double boiler.
  5. Put in jars.
  6. Will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
