Raspberry Delight

- 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/8 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp. melted margarine shopping list
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/8 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. milk shopping list
- 2 c. Cool Whip, divided shopping list
- 1 pt. raspberries, washed and drained (or strawberries) shopping list
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (sm. box) shopping list
- 1 1/4 c. cold milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/8 cup sugar, melted margarine, and nuts.
- Press firmly into 8 inch square dish and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons, milk, and 1/8 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread mixture over the crust.
- Spread the raspberries over mixture.
- Make the instant pudding according to directions, but only use 1 1/4 cup milk.
- Pour into pan.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Shortly before serving spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding and garnish with additional berries.
