Raspberry Delight Recipe
This is a cool, yummy dessert! You can use any flavor of berry. This is better if it chills in the fridge overnight.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 pt. raspberries, washed and drained (or strawberries)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (sm. box)
  • 1 1/4 c. cold milk

Directions
  1. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/8 cup sugar, melted margarine, and nuts.
  2. Press firmly into 8 inch square dish and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons, milk, and 1/8 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread mixture over the crust.
  6. Spread the raspberries over mixture.
  7. Make the instant pudding according to directions, but only use 1 1/4 cup milk.
  8. Pour into pan.
  9. Chill several hours or overnight.
  10. Shortly before serving spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding and garnish with additional berries.
