How to make it

  • Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/8 cup sugar, melted margarine, and nuts.
  • Press firmly into 8 inch square dish and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons, milk, and 1/8 cup sugar until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread mixture over the crust.
  • Spread the raspberries over mixture.
  • Make the instant pudding according to directions, but only use 1 1/4 cup milk.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Shortly before serving spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding and garnish with additional berries.
