Dipped choco-walnut cookies

I like these cookies because it combines the nutty texture with both semi-sweet and milk chocolate..Mmmmmmm
Ingredients
- FOR cookies shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups walnuts, finely ground shopping list
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate finely grated shopping list
- 25 walnut halves, cut in half shopping list
- DECORATION shopping list
- 3 oz. milk chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line several baking sheets.
- 1.Beat egg whites until soft peaks form
- 2.fold sugar, ground walnuts and chocolate into egg whites until mixture is smooth.
- 3.Spoon into pipe small circles, about 1 -1/2 inch diameter, on prepared baking sheets.
- 4.Place walnut quarter in the center of each circle.
- 5.Bake 20 minutes.
- 6. Done
- 7.Put milk chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted
- 8.Dip the cookie, so that half is covered with chocolate .
- Enjoy!!!
