Dipped Choco-walnut Cookies Recipe
I like these cookies because it combines the nutty texture with both semi-sweet and milk chocolate..Mmmmmmm

Ingredients
  • FOR COOKIES
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups walnuts, finely ground
  • 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate finely grated
  • 25 walnut halves, cut in half
  • DECORATION
  • 3 oz. milk chocolate

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line several baking sheets.
  2. 1.Beat egg whites until soft peaks form
  3. 2.fold sugar, ground walnuts and chocolate into egg whites until mixture is smooth.
  4. 3.Spoon into pipe small circles, about 1 -1/2 inch diameter, on prepared baking sheets.
  5. 4.Place walnut quarter in the center of each circle.
  6. 5.Bake 20 minutes.
  7. 6. Done
  8. 7.Put milk chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted
  9. 8.Dip the cookie, so that half is covered with chocolate .
  10. Enjoy!!!
