How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Line several baking sheets.
  • 1.Beat egg whites until soft peaks form
  • 2.fold sugar, ground walnuts and chocolate into egg whites until mixture is smooth.
  • 3.Spoon into pipe small circles, about 1 -1/2 inch diameter, on prepared baking sheets.
  • 4.Place walnut quarter in the center of each circle.
  • 5.Bake 20 minutes.
  • 6. Done
  • 7.Put milk chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted
  • 8.Dip the cookie, so that half is covered with chocolate .
  • Enjoy!!!
