Easy. Mix ingredients, pour into an unbaked pie shell, and bake! So simple, so delicious.

Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • Unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Directions
  1. In large bowl, whisk eggs until blended
  2. Add all other ingredients
  3. Blend together
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  5. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, or lightly browned on top
