Ingredients

How to make it

  • In food processor, position knife blade in bowl.
  • Add thyme and pulse 10 times.
  • Add butter and remaining ingredients.
  • Process mixture until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  • Spoon butter mixture onto plastic wrap.
  • Shape mixture into a 1-inch diameter log by folding wrap over mixture and rolling. Work quickly to keep butter from melting.
  • Seal in plastic wrap and refrigerate at lease 4 hours or up to 1 week.
  • Great on hot off the grill steaks, chicken or fish.
  • Also can be used on dinner rolls.
  • Can be frozen for 1 month. Slice off amount you need and return to freezer.
