Thyme Lemon Butter

- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves shopping list
- 1 cup butter, soften shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated shopping list
- 1 tablspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor, position knife blade in bowl.
- Add thyme and pulse 10 times.
- Add butter and remaining ingredients.
- Process mixture until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Spoon butter mixture onto plastic wrap.
- Shape mixture into a 1-inch diameter log by folding wrap over mixture and rolling. Work quickly to keep butter from melting.
- Seal in plastic wrap and refrigerate at lease 4 hours or up to 1 week.
- Great on hot off the grill steaks, chicken or fish.
- Also can be used on dinner rolls.
- Can be frozen for 1 month. Slice off amount you need and return to freezer.
