Thyme Lemon Butter Recipe
I like this butter on dinner rolls .Has a very good flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 cup butter, soften
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1 tablspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions
  1. In food processor, position knife blade in bowl.
  2. Add thyme and pulse 10 times.
  3. Add butter and remaining ingredients.
  4. Process mixture until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  5. Spoon butter mixture onto plastic wrap.
  6. Shape mixture into a 1-inch diameter log by folding wrap over mixture and rolling. Work quickly to keep butter from melting.
  7. Seal in plastic wrap and refrigerate at lease 4 hours or up to 1 week.
  8. Great on hot off the grill steaks, chicken or fish.
  9. Also can be used on dinner rolls.
  10. Can be frozen for 1 month. Slice off amount you need and return to freezer.
