Beef French Loaf

- 1 lb ground chuck shopping list
- 1 French bread (large) shopping list
- 1 onion (chopped) shopping list
- 2 T oregano shopping list
- 1 lb Mexican velvetta shopping list
- salt shopping list
- peper shopping list
- garlic (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Slice bread in half lengthwise then dig out middle.
- Tear middle up into pieces and save.
- Brown ground chuck with seasonings and onion and simmer until onion is tender.
- Melt velvetta and mix with beef.
- Add torn up bread pieces then fill bread.
- Cut into slices, wrap in foil and refrigerate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until warm throughout.
