Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion chopped

1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 tsp salt

1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems

1 cup sour cream

Directions

Cook beef, onion + garlic in 10 inch skillit over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain if necessary

Stir in soup, mushroom pieces and salt. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes

Stir in sour cream; cook until hot

serve over noodles or white rice

enjoy!
