Ingredients
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of flaked coconut
  • 2 Tblesp. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tblesp. apricot preserves ( or cut up large pieces of apricot)
  • milk

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, mix well.
  2. Stir in enough milk to make mixture a dipping consistency.
  3. Chill for 1 hour or so.
  4. Serve with chilled fruit dippers, such as grapes, melon and pineapples.
