How to make it

  • Fluff the rice with a fork and make sure there is no lump .
  • Add the ginger garlic juice , salt , tumeric to the chicken and boil in 1/2 C water for 5 mins ..
  • Add the mushroom .
  • Another 5 mins later add the beans and the carrot and simmer 10 more mins or until it thickens abit .
  • Fry the onion and the prawns in oil .
  • Add the eggs and scramble .
  • Add the rice and mix until the oil is coated evenly .
  • Add the soysauce . Mix well .
  • Add the chicken and vege and check the salt .
  • Serve Hot .
