Ingredients
  • 3 Cups rice , cook and chill it
  • 1 onion , 12 french beans , 1 small carrot , 3 mushrooms - thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp dry prawns soaked in warm water and drained
  • 1 Large egg and 1 egg yolk , beaten with salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken drumsticks , each chop into 3 pcs
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic juice
  • Pinch of tumeric , pepper pwd and salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dark soysauce

Directions
  1. Fluff the rice with a fork and make sure there is no lump .
  2. Add the ginger garlic juice , salt , tumeric to the chicken and boil in 1/2 C water for 5 mins ..
  3. Add the mushroom .
  4. Another 5 mins later add the beans and the carrot and simmer 10 more mins or until it thickens abit .
  5. Fry the onion and the prawns in oil .
  6. Add the eggs and scramble .
  7. Add the rice and mix until the oil is coated evenly .
  8. Add the soysauce . Mix well .
  9. Add the chicken and vege and check the salt .
  10. Serve Hot .
