How to make it

  • Fry the cinnamon , cardamoms and cloves .
  • Add the ground dal and fry until golden brown .
  • Reduce heat and add milk .
  • When thickens , add sugar and saffron .
  • Fry till ghee separates .
  • Add mawa , mix well and remove from heat .
  • Garnish with almonds .
