This came from a leading cooking magazine many years ago. It's my very favorite sauce and I often double it. It's so easy and delicious. I don't use any other teriyaki recipe Great for grilled chicken and steak.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 c Brown sugar
  • 1 c Soy sauce
  • 1 ts Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 1 tTbs Seseme seed oil

Directions
  1. Mix all in screw top jar and shake well to dissolve sugar.
  2. Marinade steak or chicken overnight or use as a glaze or basting sauce when baking or barbecuing.
  3. Most delicious on steak or chicken
