- Mediterranean farfalle pasta shopping list
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 pound farfalle (bow tie pasta), shopping list
- 10 oz. salmon fillet, diced, shopping list
- 20 asparagus spears, cut to half, shopping list
- 3 tablespoon sliced green olives, shopping list
- 1 tablespoon capers, shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce, shopping list
- 75 ml. dry white wine, shopping list
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic, shopping list
- 3 tbsp. EV olive oil, shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list

How to make it
- Recipe: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the asparagus, garlic and olives. When the salmon cubes are half cooked, deglaze with the white wine. Cook for 2 minutes more and add the tomato sauce, capers and chopped parsley. Reduce the sauce slightly. Boil the farfalle according to the package instructions, strain them and toss them in the sauce. The recipe is for 4 portions of Mediterranean Farfalle.
