Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion sliced in half
- 1 small can red tomato sauce
- 2 pinches of N.M. Chilie Powder
- salt to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients in pot
- stir
- add onion half last, setting it in the rice
- cook unti done
