Another recipe for the lemon lovers. Lemon Poppy Seed bread is very good. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 Lemon cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz.) lemon instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 TBSP poppy seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour bread pans.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour into 2 to 3 medium size bread pans and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Note: If using large size or mini size bread pans, adjust the baking time
