Ingredients

How to make it

  • Juice all the lemons into a mixing bowl over a sieve if you're doing it by hand so that there is no pulp or seeds that make there way in. Finely chop the zest of 4 lemons and add to the lemon juice along with the sugar and grenadine syrup.
  • Meanwhile fill a large pitcher halfway with ice and then pour the lemon mixture over top. Then pour cold water in and mix throughly.
  • Fill the rest of the pitcher up with the sparkling water. Serve immediately.

Mmmmm, nothing like real lemonade -- and I like the sparkling concept! Takes a little more time than pouring a can into a pitcher, but well worth it! A "must try" for me (once our snow is gone)!
