Sparkling Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients

8 - 10 lemons

2 cups white sugar

3/4 liter each sparkling water and cold water

splash grenadine syrup

Directions

Juice all the lemons into a mixing bowl over a sieve if you're doing it by hand so that there is no pulp or seeds that make there way in. Finely chop the zest of 4 lemons and add to the lemon juice along with the sugar and grenadine syrup.

Meanwhile fill a large pitcher halfway with ice and then pour the lemon mixture over top. Then pour cold water in and mix throughly.

Fill the rest of the pitcher up with the sparkling water. Serve immediately.
