How to make it

  • Prepare a penne pasta of your choice
  • In a saucepan melt butter
  • add flour and whisk, cook 1 minute
  • Whisk in wine and reduce 15 to 20 seconds
  • Whisk in chicken stock, then cream
  • add sage and cheese
  • stir until cheese melts, simmer over low heat until ready to searve
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mix sauce with pasta, plate and top with grapes

    If you don't cut up the gorgonzola the green part stays in not so eye friendly tubular form
