Really easy gorganzola pasta with grapes

- 2 T spoons butter shopping list
- 2 T spoons flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half & half shopping list
- 2 T fresh chopped sage leaves shopping list
- 3/4 pounds gorgonzola cheese cut up shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- couple hand fulls of seedless red grapes halved or quartered shopping list
- 3/4 of normal size bag penne shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare a penne pasta of your choice
- In a saucepan melt butter
- add flour and whisk, cook 1 minute
- Whisk in wine and reduce 15 to 20 seconds
- Whisk in chicken stock, then cream
- add sage and cheese
- stir until cheese melts, simmer over low heat until ready to searve
- salt and pepper to taste
- mix sauce with pasta, plate and top with grapes
