Double D By Chocolate

- Bottom Layer shopping list
- 1 ) 60 g chocolate , 2 tbsp cocoa pwd , 1/2 C hot water - melt and cool shopping list
- 2 ) 160 g all pupose flour , 2 tbsp milk powder , tsp baking pwd , 1/2 tsp baking soda , 4 tbsp chopped almonds - mixed shopping list
- 3 ) 120 g butter , 1/2 c molasses , 6 tbsp demerara sugar or Dark Muscavado sugar , 2 eggs shopping list
- Top Layer shopping list
- 1 ) 2 eggs , 1 c sugar and 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 ) 1 C cake flour , 1 tsp baking pwd , pinch of salt shopping list
- 3 ) 1/2 C hot water , 2 tbsp milk pwd and 2 tbsp butter - mixed shopping list
- Filling : shopping list
- 125 g cream cheese shopping list
- 3 oz white chocolate melt in 1/2 C hot water shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- Finishing : shopping list
- 1 C whip cream shopping list
- 200 g baking chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg
- Bottom Layer :
- Beat the step 3 ing .
- Add the step 1
- Fold in the step 2
- Bake in a 9 inch pan for 35 mins
- Remove and cool it
- Top Layer :
- Beat the step 1
- Fold in the step 2
- Mix well step 3
- Bake in 9 inch pan for 35 mins
- Finishing :
- Arrange the bottom layer on a board
- Spread the filling
- Arrange the other layer on top
- Glazing :
- Simmer the whip cream
- Add the chocolate and whisk
- Pour at once over the cake and cover all the sides
- Chill for 1 hour
