Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops of your choice
  • 2 Tbs. or more flour
  • 1 can Chicken Rice soup

Directions
  1. Dredge the pork chops in the flour and brown in a skillet with oil.
  2. Place pork chops into Crock pot and pour the can of soup over the pork chops.
  3. DO NOT ADD WATER!
  4. Cook on High for 2-3 hours or low for about 5 hours.
  5. You can also pour in a box of stuffing mix and add 1/4 cup of water and have pork chops and stuffing.

Alterations


I live in the woods, where going to the store is not always an option. I am going to try this tomorrow, with the exception of the "can" of soup. Just plain minute rice and chicken gravy for the thickening agent. Will let you know how it turns out! Mary G.
