Citrus Jalepeno Tuna Steaks Recipe

Ingredients

3 TBS olive oil

2 TBS oregano

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp kosher salt

4 (7-8 ounces) ahi tuna steaks 1 inch thick

RELISH

4 small oranges peeled and segmented

1 lime peeled and segmented

1 tsp honey

1 jalapeño seeded and minced

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1/8 tsp cumin

Directions

In a small bowl mix together olive oil, oregano, cayenne and salt.

Brush mixture on bith sides of steaks

Cover and marinade 45 minutes

Grill over direct medium,m heat for 4-8 minutes turning once

Serve warm with relish

RELISH

Cut the orange and lime into 1/2 inch pieces and combine in medium bowl

Add honey jalepeno and red pepper flakes and cumin

Stir and toss gently to mix
