Piped Cookies with Choco-Mallow Glaze

                    - FOR THE cookies shopping list
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing shopping list
- 1/4 cup powder sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp. milk shopping list
- FOR THE CHOCO-MALLOW glaze shopping list
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows shopping list
How to make it 
                    - FOR THE COOKIES
- The dough makes quite a firm paste, so it might be easier to pipe half the quantity at a time.
- 1.beat together the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until very pale and creamy. Add the flour and milk and mix to for a smooth paste.
- 2.Put the mixture in a large pastry bag fitted with a large strar or plain tip, pipe fingers, or rings of dough, in a greased cookie sheets.
- 3.Bake ina a preheated oven 350 ºF for 15 to 20 min.
- 4.Using a spatula, transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- FOR THE GLAZE
- Place all ingredients in saucepan, stir constantly over very low heat until mixture is smooth.
- Pour warm over cookies with a pipe to cover cookies.
