A quick and easy casserole that is sure to please eaven a picky eater!

Ingredients
  • 2 Tubes of biscuits (the refridgerator ones you buy in the store)
  • 1 small onion- chopped
  • 2 Lb. hamburger
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Spray a 9x13 pan and line the bottom with the biscuits
  2. Brown the hamburger with the onion
  3. Combine spaghetti sauce and hamburger together (can season to taste if so desired)
  4. Spread hamburger mixture on top of biscuits
  5. Cover top with cheese
  6. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes

For a vegetarian alternative just substitute griller crumbles for the hamburger. One bag of crumbles should work.
