I love BLT sandwiches, they are one of my favorites! So how perfect to put it into a salad! Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Dressing:
  • 1 large avocado, peeled, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt, up to 1/4 tsp
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce, if desired, up to 3 drops
  • Salad:
  • 4 cups lettuce, shredded or torn, up to 6 cups
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 12 oz bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup croutons, if desired

Directions
  1. FOR DRESSING:
  2. In food processor pulse until smooth texture appears. Remove to a container with a tight lid and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
  3. FOR SALAD:
  4. Assemble and enjoy!
