Mango Cobbler

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted shopping list
- 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups firm but ripe sliced mango shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place melted butter in a 8 or 9 inch square baking pan.
- Make a batter from the flour, b.p, salt, egg, sugar and milk and pour over melted butter.
- DO NOT STIR.
- Mix the mangoes with the 2 sugars and place evenly over the batter.
- Bake in a 350F oven 45 to 60 minutes OR until golden and tested done.
- Serve warm or room temp with whipped cream
