Loop Around Lightly

Very simple with not much sweetness . Will make a great light snack .
Ingredients
- 1 C all purpose flour , 3 tbsp cornstarch , pinch of salt - whisked shopping list
- 1/2 C jaggery melted and strained in hot water and thickened OR shopping list
- 1/2 C golden sugar , caramalised golden brown shopping list
How to make it
- Add water to the flour until abit thin consistency .
- Heat oil in a pan .
- Through a strainer or spoon with holes , pour a spoon of batter and move them in circles overlapping them like loops .
- Drain them out and place in paper towel .
- Drizzle the sweet syrup on top .
- Cool it and store in an airtight container .
