How to make it

  • HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F.
  • MIX CREAM CHEESE, 1 CUP OF THE SWISS CHEESE, THE THOUSAND ISLAND, AND CORNED BEEF.
  • SPREAD IN UNGREASED PIE PLATE, 9X 1-1/4 INCHES
  • TOP WITH SAUERKRAUT AND REMAINING 1/2 CUP SWISS CHEESE.
  • BAKE ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNITL BUBBLY AROUND EDGE. SERVE HOT WITH COCKTAIL BREAD, VEGGIES, OR PRETZELS

    momofsixgirls ate it and said...
    I made this today for one of our snacks for our Thanksgiving and it was wonderful, one of our guests could not get enough & ate more of this than anything else today!! I used rye crackers but the cocktail bread would have been awesome as well. We all enjoyed and will make this over & over again, Thank You for a great recipe.
