A HOT DIP WITH A TASTE OF A MINI REUBEN SANDWICH TOAST SOME BREAD AND SPREAD IT ON

  • 1 PKG ( 8 OUNCES) CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
  • 1-1/2 CUPS SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE ( 6 OUNCES)
  • 1/2 CUP THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
  • 4 OUNCES DELI -SLICED CORNED BEEF, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP DRAINED SAUERKRAUT
  • COCKTAIL RYE BREAD SLICES, VEGGIES OR PRETZELS TO DIP

Directions
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F.
  2. MIX CREAM CHEESE, 1 CUP OF THE SWISS CHEESE, THE THOUSAND ISLAND, AND CORNED BEEF.
  3. SPREAD IN UNGREASED PIE PLATE, 9X 1-1/4 INCHES
  4. TOP WITH SAUERKRAUT AND REMAINING 1/2 CUP SWISS CHEESE.
  5. BAKE ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNITL BUBBLY AROUND EDGE. SERVE HOT WITH COCKTAIL BREAD, VEGGIES, OR PRETZELS
